分页式切换单页式
使用微信小程序访问分页式表单，进入表单编辑页面，点击底部「保存——布局——单页式表单」，点击「发布」即可保存成功。「测评」表单不支持切换。 ⚠️注意：分页式切换单页式，仅支持金数据微信小程序端操作，移动端 APP 、PC 端 均不支持切换布局。
单页式切换分页式
单页式表单不能通过系统自动切换为分页式，可以在表单编辑页面，添加「分页」字段，实现一页一题的效果。
